TERMS OF SERVICE — FUR PERFECT (Updated June 2026)
1. About Us Fur Perfect is an online retail store based in Ireland, selling pet grooming and care products. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Fur Perfect.
2. Eligibility By using the website, users confirm they are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products & Pricing The store reserves the right to modify product descriptions, images, and prices at any time without notice. Prices are displayed in Euro (€) for Irish and EU customers, and in Pounds Sterling (£) for customers in the United Kingdom, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The store reserves the right to cancel orders where pricing errors occur.
4. Orders & Contract Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when an order confirmation email is sent. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at their discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
5. Payment The store accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, and other methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. The store does not store payment details.
6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are fulfilled and shipped to the specified address. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. For customers in the United Kingdom, orders are shipped from Ireland via An Post International Tracked with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
Orders with a value of £135 GBP or under are not subject to UK import duties at the point of sale. For orders exceeding £135 GBP, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery. Fur Perfect has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers are advised to contact their local customs authority for further information before placing a large order.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy. For customers in Ireland and the EU, this is in compliance with Irish and EU consumer protection law. For customers in the United Kingdom, returns are handled in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide a right to return goods within 14 days of receipt.
8. Intellectual Property All content on the website, including logos, images, text, and product descriptions, is the property of Fur Perfect and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fur Perfect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the website or products. The total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
10. Third Party Suppliers Products are sourced and fulfilled by third-party suppliers. While the store takes care to work with reputable partners, Fur Perfect is not liable for delays or issues caused by supplier or carrier failures beyond their reasonable control.
11. Privacy The use of the website is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. For customers in the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, except where mandatory UK consumer law provisions apply.
