At Fur Perfect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we're committed to resolving the issue quickly and fairly.
1. Your Legal Rights This policy operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and applicable EU consumer protection legislation. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations As orders are processed quickly through our fulfilment partners, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
3. Change of Mind (EU Cooling-Off Period) If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires via info@furperfectpets.com or our website contact form.
Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in new condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product price plus the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; we recommend using a tracked service.
This right does not apply to items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items (Primary Refund Policy) We offer refunds or replacements where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number
- Submit clear photo evidence of the issue
We reserve the right to request additional evidence (including multiple photos or videos) to verify claims. Once approved, we will offer a replacement, or a partial refund with original shipping and handling costs deducted.
5. Non-Refundable Situations We do not accept refunds for:
- Items that have been used and are not faulty
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
- Requests for faulty items made outside the 30-day return window
- Items returned without prior written approval
6. Extended Returns (Goodwill Basis — Maximum 30 Days) In addition to your statutory rights, we may, at our discretion, accept returns within 30 days of delivery on a goodwill basis. This is the maximum return window we offer. To be considered:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in new condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
This extended return window is offered at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to decline returns outside your statutory rights where our fulfilment partners are unable to accept the goods.

- Include photo or video evidence if the item is faulty or damaged.
- We will respond within 24–48 hours with written approval and return instructions.
- Do not return items without prior written approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
8. Return Shipping & Return Address

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels except where an item is confirmed faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for lost returns.
9. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
If tracking confirms successful delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund for items reported as not received. Customers should contact the courier directly for further investigation, and we will assist where possible.
10. Refund Amounts Approved refunds may be partial, depending on the situation. Deductions may include:
- Original shipping and handling costs
- Return shipping costs (where applicable)
Refunds will only be issued once items are received and inspected (where a return is required).
11. Refund Processing Once approved, you will receive confirmation by email. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
12. Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
13. Policy Abuse & Chargebacks We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of our policies, or repeated refund requests. If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim using all available evidence, including delivery confirmation and communication records. We may also restrict or block future orders from customers who abuse our refund process.
14. External Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors outside our control.
